Hidalgo & Associates offers two commission plans:

Plan A

The seller's property advertisement is placed in Hidalgo & Associates real estate magazine and on our website. There is no charge for these services. The commission is 5% of the property selling price.

The commission on rental properties is the first months rent.


Plan B

Sellers pay $25 to place their property advertisement in Hidalgo & Associates real estate magazine and website.

Commission Rates:

Up to $200,000 - 3% commission

Above $200,000 and up to $300,000 - 2.5% commission

Above $300,000 and up to $400,000 - 2% commission

The commission percentage is negotiable for property priced above $400,000.


NOTE:

Sale property will be advertised in three issues of Hidalgo & Associates real estate magazine and on the website. The magazine is printed every two months. Sellers will receive six months of advertising.

Rental properties will be advertised for two months in Hidalgo & Associates real estate magazine and on the website.
